At Circles ABA, we believe in doing what’s right — not what’s easy. We serve children ages 6 and older who have often been overlooked by traditional early-intervention models. We show up with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to excellence — every single time.
Founded by one of the most experienced leaders in ABA therapy, Circles was built to fill the gaps in access to care for school-aged kids with autism. We provide in-home and in-school therapy only, allowing our team to focus on meaningful progress in the environments that matter most.

As a BCBA at Circles, you’ll play a critical role in shaping outcomes for school-aged kids with autism by:

• Designing individualized treatment plans rooted in meaningful goals
• Supervising and supporting RBTs with ongoing training, feedback, and modeling
• Collaborating with families and schools to ensure consistency and success across settings
• Analyzing data to guide clinical decision-making and treatment adjustments
• Leading with empathy and ethics in every interaction

Our clients are school-aged, so sessions primarily occur in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends
