OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis, particularly in working with children and individuals with special needs. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special education needs or behavioral challenges.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis for tracking client progress.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each child’s needs.
• Monitor and analyze data collection to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies across settings.
• Provide training and support to staff members on behavior intervention techniques and best practices.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) for all clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis, special education, and patient care.
