POSITION OVERVIEW • 100% center-based BCBA position • Lead ABA treatment planning and clinical programming • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members • Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and caseload management • Manage an approximately 8-client caseload • Utilize Central Reach software platform • Work within a structured and collaborative care environment SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • No Call • No Weekends COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $90,000+ • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401(k) with 6% Employer Match • 15 PTO Days • 14 Paid Holidays • $1,500 Annual CEU Allowance • 3 CEU Days • Leadership Development • Mentorship Program Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
