POSITION OVERVIEW • Center-based BCBA position with no travel requirements • Lead ABA treatment planning and clinical programming • Conduct behavioral assessments and oversee treatment implementation • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members • Maintain autonomy over caseload management and treatment planning • Manage an approximately 8-client caseload • Utilize Central Reach software platform SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • No Call • No Weekends • No Travel COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401(k) with 6% Employer Match • 15 PTO Days • 14 Paid Holidays • $1,500 Annual CEU Allowance • 3 CEU Days • Leadership Coaching • Mentorship Program Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
