POSITION OVERVIEW • Center-based BCBA position focused on pediatric care • Provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical oversight • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and scheduling • Collaborate with family medicine, therapy, education, and interdisciplinary care teams • Manage a focused caseload of approximately 8 clients • Utilize Central Reach workflow platform SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • No Nights • No Weekends COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401(k) with 6% Employer Match • 15 PTO Days • 14 Paid Holidays • $1,500 Annual CEU Allowance • 3 CEU Days • Leadership Coaching • Professional Mentorship Support Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
