POSITION OVERVIEW • Center-based BCBA position focused on pediatric care • Provide behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and clinical oversight • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Maintain autonomy over treatment planning and scheduling • Collaborate with family medicine, therapy, education, and interdisciplinary care teams • Manage a focused caseload of approximately 8 clients • Utilize Central Reach workflow platform SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • No Nights • No Weekends COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401(k) with 6% Employer Match • 15 PTO Days • 14 Paid Holidays • $1,500 Annual CEU Allowance • 3 CEU Days • Leadership Coaching • Professional Mentorship Support Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity. Responsibilities

The BCBA provides behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and clinical oversight for a pediatric caseload of approximately 8 clients. Responsibilities include supervising Registered Behavior Technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
