Job Position: Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
Salary / Pay: $85.00 – 120.00 per hour
Position: Contract, Part Time Hours: (4-40 hours per week)
Location: GTA and surrounding areas
Clearview Behavioural Solutions is currently looking for skilled individuals to fill a part-time contract Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) / Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) position as an independent contractor.
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst’s will provide ongoing behavioural assessments, ongoing supervision of the implementation of skill acquisition programming and behavioural protocols for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The BCBA will work within a team while providing clinical oversight of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services provided by ABA therapists.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing skills acquisition and behavioural assessment
  • Regular supervision of the implementation of ABA services
  • Analysis of programming and behavioural data
  • Collaboration with entire clinical team and other disciplines
  • Ongoing communication with families and caregivers
  • Write individual skill acquisition programs and behavioural protocols based on assessments conducted
  • Conduct staff and parent training as needed
  • Provide staff feedback and evaluation
  • Regular communication with parents/ guardians to provide progress updates and parent coaching
  • Document client progress and observation via Clinic Notes
  • Ongoing communication with therapists and Clinical Director

Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of Supervisory experience
  • Master’s Degree in ABA/ Disability Studies or related field
  • BACB Certification
  • College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analyst Ontario Certification (RBA) Certification
  • Good standing with the BACB / CPBAO and be an approved Clinical Supervisor under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening (within the last 6 months)
  • Liability Insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Drivers license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience working as a team leader
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all team members
