ABOUT YOU
We’re seeking a professional with experience working with Boards and senior executives, ideally in large organisations such as major banks or insurance companies. Your background should include:
- Proven experience in a company secretarial, legal, or finance role.
- Confidence and experience partnering with Boards, senior executives, and clients.
- Familiarity with board paper portals e.g., Diligent Boardbooks.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- An interest in corporate governance and a commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities:
This role provides vital support to our busy governance advisory and company secretarial practice. You’ll collaborate with our experienced team to deliver operational and board coordination support while contributing to regulatory compliance and governance excellence.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Board Coordination :
- Preparing, compiling, and coordinating board papers.
- Drafting minutes and regulatory documents.
- Researching and staying up-to-date with new regulations.
Company Secretarial Administration :
- Maintaining statutory registers and databases.
- Supporting clients with regulatory filings (ASIC, ASX, ATO).
- Assisting in preparing client charters, notices, and constitutions.
Collaboration :
- Working closely with clients, team members, and regulators.
- Supporting junior team members and fostering a positive team culture.
