Description

JOIN US AS A BOARD DIRECTOR & CHAIR OF MAGENTA CUSTOMER & COMMUNITIES COMMITTEE!

At Magenta Living, we believe everyone deserves a safe, affordable, and sustainable home, and we know that the best ideas come from the people who live in our communities.
We’re looking for a passionate, community-minded individual to join our Board as a Director and Chair of Magenta Customer & Communities Committee (MCCC). This is your chance to make a real difference by championing the voices of customers and shaping the services that matter most.
As Chair of Magenta Customer & Communities Committee, you’ll lead open, inclusive meetings where everyone’s voice matters. You’ll help turn customer feedback into real improvements, work closely with our leadership team to shape services, and make sure we’re always listening to the people who live in our homes. You’ll also support and guide other committee members, helping to build a positive, respectful team. And as a Board Director, you’ll have a say in the big decisions that keep Magenta Living focused on what really matters - our customers.
We’re looking for someone with lived experience - someone who’s a current Magenta Living tenant or has lived in social housing before, ideally in Wirral. If you care about community, believe in the value of social housing, and want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you! You don’t need to be an expert as we’ll give you all the support and training you need to feel confident and make an impact.
If you care about people, community, and fairness and want to help shape services that truly reflect customer needs then we’d love to hear from you!

WHO WE ARE:

We are innovatively forward thinking, with a customer focussed approach. This allows us to be one of the best in our industry, managing around 13,000 homes across our heartland Wirral and the North West.
One of our key focuses is giving back to our customers and communities and as a Not-for-Profit organisation, social value is a significant part of who we are - everyone has their part to play at Magenta Living.
You’re in great hands here at Magenta Living. We are proud of being awarded the Navajo Charter-mark for our work supporting the LGBTQ+ community and ISO45001 for our people health and safety practices.
At Magenta Living we are proud to be an employer who provides equal opportunities. We encourage all applications regardless of age, different abilities, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.
