Your Role We’re hiring for a Board Engagement Specialist to join the Office of the NRMA CEO, supporting governance delivery across joint partnerships including RACQI, IAG and IMA and helping ensure our CEO meets board-related obligations. Though not board-facing, the role is deeply connected to how we prepare and deliver information to Boards, Committees and Executive forums. You’ll plan and manage governance routines, review and refine board papers, and support broader governance processes across IAG, IMA and RIA. You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders, from CEOs to operational managers to improve how governance works. That includes coaching teams on board paper quality, managing approval workflows, and helping align reporting with strategic priorities. This is a permanent role, based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park, Sydney). About you Experience managing governance and reporting routines across Boards, Committees and Executive forums Confidence reviewing and refining board papers to ensure clarity, strategic alignment and quality Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to guide teams through governance processes and approvals Familiarity with legal agreements and outsourcing arrangements across joint ventures A proactive mindset with high attention to detail and strong planning skills Willingness to support broader governance projects and contribute to CEO reporting Applications close Friday 31 October, 23:59pm AEDT.
