Do you love board games, trading card games, and specialty coffee? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and welcoming environment? Wonderland is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented team member to help curate our ever-growing game selection while crafting delicious drinks for our guests. This is a 3-shift-per-week position, with regular hours on Tuesdays (5:00–9:30 PM), Thursdays (1:30–9:30 PM), and Saturdays (10-6PM).
In this role, you’ll combine product knowledge with great customer service—helping guests discover their next favourite game while delivering a warm, memorable café experience. Responsibilities also include answering phones, teaching board games, and supporting our game masters when needed.

• Curate & Advise: Act as an expert in the games and TCGs (Trading Card Games) we carry. You’ll answer questions, make recommendations, and share your enthusiasm for our products.
• Coffee Crafting: Prepare café drinks, including espresso-based beverages, with care and consistency.
• Engage Guests: Greet customers warmly, guide them through our game selection, and ensure they feel welcome and informed.
• Retail Excellence: Operate our POS system, process payments accurately, and assist with restocking and inventory.
• Maintain the Space: Keep both café and retail areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Team Support: Assist with opening/closing duties and support fellow staff as needed.
• Welcome Teams: Greet and organize teams that have booked an escape room game.
• Food Service: Prepare and serve café food, wash dishes, and clear tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including (but not limited to) the kitchen, bar area, dining room, washrooms, and other common areas.
