JOIN OUR BOARD – MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR COMMUNITY
Position: Customer Board Member
Remuneration: £3,500 per year (next review July 2027) + reasonable expenses
Location: Somerset (in-person meetings in Taunton and surrounding areas)
Time Commitment: Bi-monthly Tuesday afternoon meetings, two annual away days, virtual spotlight sessions, and occasional ambassadorial duties

As a Board Member, you’ll play a vital role in the governance and strategic direction of the Company, ensuring we deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our communities. You’ll work alongside fellow Board Members and the Executive Team to uphold our values, challenge constructively, and contribute to key decisions that impact our customers and operations.
