Nature of Work: An Altitude Sports Radio board operator is primarily responsible for execution of live radio broadcasts, both NBA and NHL games, live talk shows, and satellite game broadcasts. Examples of work performed: * Runs live audio board for live NHL/NBA Games * Runs live audio board for live talk show broadcasts * Runs live audio board for satellite game broadcasts * Communicates with talent on break timing, live reads needed, and more * Records and edits highlights for later use * Tracks live read execution This description is a summary only and is describing the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive. Working Conditions & Physical Demands: * Typical Office Conditions * Lift 50 lbs. daily * Availability for nights and weekends Qualifications: * Minimum * High School or GED * 2+ years’ experience in radio * Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire * Preferred * Sports knowledge and passion * Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
