JOB SUMMARY

o Managing Client and Facilitator relationships
o Facilitating and organizing programs and services
o Support and strengthen the unit in delivering a highly satisfying client experience
o Focus on strategy design and execution, board protocols, board evaluation, and other board services

SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES

o Excellent writing and effective communication skills (verbal/written) in the
English language.
o Effective planning, organizational, and time management skills with demonstrated
resourcefulness in setting priorities.
o Effective teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
o Computer literate - must be Microsoft and G-suite competent and advanced knowledge of
use of technology to gain efficiencies.
o High attention to detail and reliable to complete tasks.
o Strong stakeholder management skills.
o Ability to take initiative, act independently and direct one’s own work.
o Friendly and professional demeanor.

QUALIFICATIONS

o Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder of any field.
o Open to individuals with relevant work experience in research writing and development,
project management, strategy planning, stakeholder management, and/or events.
o Willing to work in Makati City.
