WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Grade 12
• 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

DAILY DUTIES

• Reporting for duties as per schedules and adhering to daily duties thereof
• Responsible and supervising the Hostel daily, evening and on weekends
• Invigilating at night study time
• Manage Hostel Leaders
• Monitor and verify timesheets of Hostel Leaders and provide reports thereof
• Participation in monthly room verification
• Conduct random checks in the Rooms
• Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations of the hostel
• Executing evening, weekend and or Hostel weekend activities
• Communicating residential issues to the administrative team.
• Attend and coordinate relevant meeting
• Ensuring to daily adherence of cleanliness in the Hostel
• Managing of keys
• Conducting laundry processes
  The successful candidate will start on 01 May 2025.
