We at VCA South Shore are looking for a Boarding Supervisor to lead our dedicated boarding team and ensure the highest standards of care for our boarding pets. Our boarding facility is an extension of that commitment—providing a safe, clean, and comforting environment for pets while their families are away. What You’ll Do: As our Boarding Supervisor, you will: Oversee the daily operations of the boarding department Train, mentor, and schedule boarding staff Ensure all pets receive excellent care, exercise, and enrichment Communicate with clients regarding boarding services, special needs, and updates Collaborate with hospital teams to coordinate care for medical boarders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized boarding environment Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and available What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in animal care (boarding, daycare, kennel, or veterinary) Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed A calm, compassionate approach to both pets and people Why Join Us?
