JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking boat builder or trainee boat builder to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will support our team in the production of new build narrowboats and also repair and maintain narrowboats on the marina. Salary depends on experience.

SKILLS

  • Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Previous experience in similar roles.
