Description Do you love being on the lake and providing exceptional guest experiences? Cragun’s Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is seeking a Part-Time/Seasonal Boat Captain to drive our illustrious North Star boat 1-2 days/week. Safely operate passenger vessels in accordance with all Coast Guard regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vessel inspections. Welcome guests aboard and provide a friendly, engaging experience. Deliver safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety procedures. Assist with boarding and disembarking passengers. Monitor weather and water conditions to ensure safe operations. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of vessels. Communicate effectively with marina staff, management, and guests. Respond calmly and professionally in emergency situations. Requirements Valid USCG Master 100-Ton License and National OUPV “6-Pack” License Excellent customer service and communication skills. Mechanical Inclination is a plus Strong attention to safety and detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
