A private owner in Paradise Point is seeking a dedicated Boat Detailer & Maintainer to care for a stunning fleet of vessels About the Fleet: A 100-foot Horizon super yacht and Zodiac tender A 70-foot Sunreef sailing catamaran and Smuggler tender A 50-foot racing catamaran A 29-foot Mako centre console Three jet skis and associated equipment Key Responsibilities: Performing thorough exterior washdowns across all vessels Waxing exterior surfaces and polishing stainless-steel fittings Cleaning, treating, and maintaining teak decking surfaces Washing, polishing, and maintaining all external glass Conducting regular engine room cleaning Flushing outboard motors and ensuring proper care of jet skis and tenders Maintaining and troubleshooting auxiliary systems including: o Water purification units o Air conditioning o Satellite navigation o Generators and other electrical/mechanical systems Keeping detailed maintenance logs and scheduling required services or trades Coordinating and oversight of external trades for specialised repairs and servicing Ensuring vessels are safe, operational and always ready for use Assisting with vessel refits and yard maintenance work Assist with deckhand tasks when required away from Port This role requires a high level of care, precision, and accountability to ensure all vessels always remain in immaculate condition.
