Description We’re looking for a detail-driven Boat Finisher to join our team and help deliver top-quality vessels to our customers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the final stages of boat production—bringing each craft to a flawless, showroom-ready finish. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Perform final sanding, buffing, polishing, and touch-ups on boats and components Apply gelcoat, paint, sealants, and other finishing materials Install hardware, trim, decals, and other final components Inspect completed vessels for defects or quality concerns Repair cosmetic imperfections using appropriate tools and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure standards are met What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and/or other benefits (if applicable) Opportunities for overtime and advancement Supportive team environment Requirements Qualifications Experience in marine finishing, auto body finishing, carpentry, or similar trades preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read and follow work orders, technical drawings, and instructions Comfort using hand tools, power tools, buffers, sanders, and finishing equipment Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and strong work ethic
