As a Product Specialist at Pride Marine Group, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium range of boats. This role involves understanding the unique needs and preferences of our clients, providing expert advice, and guiding them through the boat purchasing process. You will work closely with customers to identify the perfect vessel to match their lifestyle, ensuring an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge and passion for boating and water sports.
  • A competitive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to succeed with a high earning potential.
  • Previous experience in boat sales is preferred, but not necessary as we offer a high level of sales training and support!
  • Experience in high-end retail, customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate customer needs in peak season.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
