Company Overview Park Marine Boating Centers are hiring to join our team! Park Marine (Kennesaw) sits at the heart of the local boating community—conveniently located in Kennesaw and proudly serving families and boaters across North Georgia. From boat sales to trusted service, it’s where friendly faces, easy access, and a shared love for the water come together to create a true boating experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean and rinse boat exteriors using detergents, brushes, water hoses, and pressure washers. Vacuum, shampoo, and detail boat interiors to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Polish and wax boats to enhance appearance and protect finishes. Inspect boats for damage or issues and promptly report findings to a supervisor. Safely operate and maintain pressure washers and other cleaning equipment. Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. Inspect, maintain, and properly store boat-washing tools and equipment. Accurately document and maintain records of services performed. REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces. Ability to work outdoors in all kinds of weather. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times in accordance with safety policies and procedures. Ability to use basic hand tools. Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and willing to work 35–40 hours per week.
