REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• NPLQ qualification (Lifeguard course) preferred however not essential
• Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to multitask and excel in a high-volume and demanding fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
• Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

We are seeking an experienced Boathouse Reception to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). This position is situated within our movement area of Soho House, in a beautiful setting over looking the lake. This is a front facing role that see’s you interacting with members, booking classes, pool testing (all training given), replenishing stock and generally providing our members/ guests with all they need during their time at the Boathouse. You will also be required to oversee the Gym on occasion, and therefore it would be advantageous that the right candidate either has an interest in fitness or, has transferrable skills from hospitality.
