Your Mission as a Bobcat Operator As a Bobcat Operator, your mission is to expertly maneuver heavy machinery to support construction and roadwork operations. Your precision and experience will be key in shaping surfaces, managing material movement, and ensuring site readiness for further project phases. You play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety on site. You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Bobcat Operator Operate Bobcat-brand skid-steer or compact track loaders with accuracy and efficiency. Load, transport, and distribute materials such as gravel, asphalt, sand, and dirt. Create accurate and level grading to prepare surfaces for paving. Use planer attachments to remove old asphalt or concrete layers from roads. Conduct daily equipment checks and perform routine maintenance to ensure peak performance. Follow all site safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment. Collaborate with ground teams and supervisors to align with project requirements and timelines. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Bobcat Operator Minimum age of 25 years. Must have completed Matric (secondary school). Valid Heavy Truck Driver license. At least 5 years of hands-on experience operating Bobcat or similar equipment in a construction setting. Strong understanding of grading, surfacing, and material handling. Familiarity with planer attachments and surface preparation techniques. Commitment to safety and equipment maintenance protocols. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively. Additional Information Job Type: Full-time, on-site across various Roads & Bridges projects. Location: Libya.
