JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bobcat Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating skid-steer loaders (Bobcats) safely and efficiently on construction sites, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid equipment operator license/certification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating a Bobcat/skid-steer.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor/site environments.

• Operate Bobcat/skid-steer loader to move, load, or spread materials.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Ensure safe operation in compliance with site safety standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading and other site-related tasks as required.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
