Clark Equipment is the Bobcat® distributor in Australia, and is expanding its sales team across Australia. We sell to a vibrant customer base, from small-business owner-operators, to large civil contractors and government bodies.
Clark Equipment are seeking an energetic and driven sales cadet that has the right attitude, drive and determination to succeed in a high paced and competitive environment. This position gives you the opportunity to learn about the Bobcat equipment range we sell, and the customers we support, in a mentored cadetship within a Bobcat sales department. This position will provide you with the skills to succeed within the business, with opportunities to advance within sales departments and beyond.
Energy, attitude, drive and a passion to succeed are the core attributes that are necessary to succeed in this role. You may have studied business or marketing at university, or have a trade background from TAFE.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales process – assist with handovers, registrations, pre-delivery inspections and more.
  • Handle sales opportunities – this is your introduction to sales, as you welcome walk-in business, follow up incoming enquiries, and transact sales
  • Develop sales opportunities – develop your own network of prospects and customers
  • Mentored learning – you will learn the skills to succeed from the best construction sales teams in the industry, backed up with a variety of online and hands-on training
