Body Shop Administrator – Semi Truck Collision 📍 Mount Vernon, Washington 🕒 Full-Time | Overtime Opportunities Available (including Saturdays) 💵 Pay: $25–$50 per hour, depending on experience  About Us We’re a busy semi-truck collision and repair shop in Mount Vernon, WA, looking for a motivated and organized Body Shop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re great with people, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoy keeping a shop running smoothly, we want to hear from you.  Key Responsibilities * Schedule repairs and manage shop workflow * Communicate directly with customers and insurance adjusters * Order, track, and organize parts and supplies * Generate and process purchase orders * Audit invoices for accuracy * Dispatch jobs to technicians and open repair orders * Create estimates and prepare customer invoices * Run reports as needed to support shop operations * Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver parts (including long distances or in heavy traffic) * Operate a forklift (training provided if not certified) * Maintain organized parts storage and tracking for incoming repairs * Work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Qualifications * Excellent communication and customer service skills (in person and over the phone) * Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Experience working with insurance adjusters preferred * Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask * Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required * Forklift experience a plus (will train if needed) Why Join Us * Competitive pay: $25–$50/hour, based on experience * Excellent benefits package with 401(k) matching * Opportunities for overtime, including Saturdays * Supportive team environment * Long-term growth potential within the company
