We’re looking for a reliable Body Shop Buffer / Prepper to join our collision repair team. This position plays an important role in preparing vehicles for painting and ensuring a high-quality finished product. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the auto body industry, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Sand, mask, and prepare vehicles for painting. Buff and polish painted surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. Assist body and paint technicians as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety procedures and shop guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Requirements Qualifications: Previous experience in auto body prep, paint, or detailing preferred (will train the right candidate). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
