This role is ideal for someone who is confident using CCC ONE and bilingual, understands the repair process, and knows how to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced collision repair environment. You will be the main point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping repairs moving smoothly from intake to delivery.
