We are seeking an experienced, energetic estimator and supervisor for our body shop in the Delaware County area. Responsibilities: Estimate/supplement writing for all necessary repair orders including labor and parts Obtaining competitive parts price quotes Repair selling, problem-solving, negotiating with insurance and customers Managing body and paint production schedule and efficiency of all technicians Working with technicians to ensure the best repair plan is developed for each job Daily management of technicians and production of body shop Ensure quality control process on all completed jobs Requirements: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors Leadership qualities Strong attention to detail Preferred but not Required Experiences: At least three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator. Heavy Duty Truck experience is preferred Experience managing other technicians is preferred Experience with estimating software such as Mitchell, Adjustrite, TruckEst or CCC preferred Compensation and benefits: Competitive pay Paid time off Health insurance with company contribution 401k with company match
