Are you an Estimator looking to make the leap to management? Ready to put together your own team? Ed Morse Rolla is looking for a Body Shop Supervisor/Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise a team of technicians, including scheduling and assigning work
  • Ensure that repairs are completed according to the OEM’s specifications, and inspect vehicles before delivery
  • Ensure that work areas are kept clean and orderly, and that all employees follow safety guidelines
  • Provide regular updates to customers about repair progress and timelines
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the parts department
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures
  • Ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets by allocating resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for ethical business practices

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a body shop or collision center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience with OEM repair specifications and quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to successfully pass background and drug screen.
