Description Edwards Auto Group in Storm Lake, IA (GM & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) is looking for a Body Shop Manager to join the team! The Body Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the auto body repair shop including quality control, staffing, customer service, maintaining the shops finances and more. Improving efficiency with both customers and their staff is a must. Responsibilities: Ensure high quality service and repairs are provided to customers Assists with Hiring, training, and regulating the shops efficiencies Control expenses and monitor the operations of the department Manage schedules and guide employees Handle escalated customer complaints Conduct meetings with departments staff to review activities and/or concerns Implement marketing strategies to improve sales Work directly with customers to discuss the details of their vehicle Requirements Previous body shop management experience is required Excellent communication skills Must be organized and detailed Time efficiency is a must Reliable work history
