Description Description: A well-established family-owned Nissan Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Collision Center Manager to lead our team. We are looking for a leader with a strong background in collision repair, customer service, and team management. 5+ years of experience in a collision center environment is preferred. Job Duties: Oversee the daily operations of the collision center, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Supervise and support collision estimators, technicians, and support staff. Ensure accurate estimation of costs for labor and parts for repairing or replacing damaged vehicle items. Review and approve repair cost estimates, working closely with insurance companies and customers. Maintain a high level of communication with insurance companies to expedite repairs and claim processes. Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs. Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Train and mentor staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Other tasks as assigned. Proven experience in managing a collision center or similar automotive repair facility. Strong knowledge of collision repair processes, insurance claims, and customer service. Ability to read and interpret documents such as insurance estimates and supplements. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and insurance representatives. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing the best service for customers and their vehicles. Knowledge of CCC1 software is a plus.
