Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our Body Shop parts operation team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient parts management and support the smooth operation of our body shop services. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of body shop parts - Verify parts orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality before processing - Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels - Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs - Follow safety protocols and company policies related to parts handling and storage. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus - Previous experience in parts management, automotive body shop, or related field preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Good communication and teamwork abilities - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
