We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Prep Technician to join our team at Car Craft Zone. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing vehicles for painting, including:

• Applying body filler and sanding (putty work)
• Using primers and coatings
• Masking and protecting areas for paint
• Cleaning and prepping surfaces for painting
• Following all safety standards and shop procedures

The candidate should be able to handle the entire preparation process from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a body shop prepper or similar role
• Knowledge of body fillers, primers, and surface preparation techniques
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
