Description Puklich Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Body Shop Technician to join our team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive collision repair industry. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn. Previous body shop or automotive experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Assist technicians with vehicle repairs and shop operations Buff and polish repaired vehicles Perform accessory installations including- *Running boards*Tonneau covers*Trailer hitches*Mud flaps*Other dealership accessories Assist with warranty-related repairs and claims work Perform light body repairs and component replacements Replace bumpers and exterior trim components Assist with small dent repairs and minor cosmetic repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards Participate in ongoing training and skill development Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Basic mechanical aptitude preferred Previous automotive, body shop, or trade experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physical work and lift parts and equipment as needed Valid driver's license required Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One-hour lunch break Compensation & Benefits Starting pay of $20.00 per hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid training and career development opportunities Opportunity for advancement within a family-owned dealership Why Join Puklich Chevrolet?
