We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Shop Technician to join our team! If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in auto body repair, you should apply! You will be responsible for performing a wide range of repairs to vehicles, restoring them to their pre-accident condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform auto body repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, frame repair, and full-body restoration. Use cutting-edge tools and technology to repair and replace vehicle parts (e.g., bumpers, doors, hoods, and fenders). Inspect vehicles for damage and determine the most effective repair solutions. Prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring proper alignment and bodywork. Repair or replace damaged vehicle frames and structures. Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the safety of yourself and others. Work collaboratively with team members, service advisors, and other departments to ensure timely completion of repairs. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician in a professional shop environment. Proficient in using body shop tools and equipment, including frame machines, welders, and sanders. Experience with both cosmetic and structural repairs, including bodywork and collision repair. Strong understanding of auto body procedures and industry standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, diagrams, and technical specifications. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
