What You'll Do: Evaluates damage to trucks and partners with the estimator to determine the cost of repairs. Provide top-notch customer service with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our work. Realigns damaged vehicle structures, eliminates dents, and installs new parts when repairs aren't possible Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve common goals and share knowledge. Repairs fiberglass parts, hoods, cab extenders and air shields. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician. Strong mechanical and body troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your time effectively.
