Miller Transportation Group is immediately hiring a Body Shop Technician for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Leesport, PA. With over 100 years of experience and upwards of 8,000 trucks on the road, Miller currently operates 40 Diesel Maintenance shops throughout KY, MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, and NH. Outstanding opportunity to join a family owned and operated business who is large enough to serve but small enough to care! You Will: Provide full-body restoration and paint to trucks involved in collisions Perform fiber glass repairs Weld aluminum, steel, and stainless steel Repair trailers, side rails, side sheets Repair and replace rooves and roll up doors Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe manner Perform other shop maintenance duties as assigned You Have: Formal training or some experience in Body Shop Repair operations or as a Body Shop Technician Free range of motion in hands and arms to work with small parts and in small spaces Attention to detail, customer service, and critical thinking skills Ability to us a wide range of tools and equipment to assess damage and determine how to make repairs Ability to work: Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm You Might Also Have: Trailer repair experience PPG Painter certification Valid CDL class A or B Competitive compensation: $20-$30 per hour Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Car Allowance Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options 401(k) with a company provided match Company-paid life insurance Employee Discounts and an Employee Assistance Program If you are looking for a great, safe work environment, look no further.
