QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Prior experience in vehicle body repair, customisation, and modifications.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a commitment to high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain efficiency while delivering precision work.
  • Familiarity with schematics for car repairs
  • Capable of heavy lifting when necessary

EXPERIENCE

  • Vehicle Panel Beating: 10 years+ Minimum (Required)
  • Vehicle Paint Spraying: 10 years+ Minimum (Required)
Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality body repairs, including panel replacement, straightening, and filling.
  • Must be able to Strip and Fit vehicle fully
  • Remove dents and repair minor scratches, ensuring seamless finishes that match the original bodywork.
  • Repair rusted parts of vehicle bodywork and fabricate or replace panels as needed.
  • Conduct body alignment, jig work, and welding (ARC, MIG, TIG) with precision.
  • Handle major and minor panel beating and pin pulling tasks.
  • Assist with vehicle customisation and modifications to meet client specifications.
  • Utilise power tools to assemble, weld, and bond components effectively.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting
  • Colour Matching and Mixing Paints
  • Spraying Panels on/off the Vehicle
  • Spraying as required
  • Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and adhere to workshop protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients.
