Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Body Shop Manager to lead our high-performing team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional repair quality, managing workflow, and maintaining strong customer and insurance partner relationships. If you’re a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of collision repair operations and a passion for team success, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the body shop, including staff scheduling, job flow, and quality control Provide leadership and direction to technicians, estimators, and support staff Ensure repair work meets or exceeds industry standards for safety and quality Oversee estimates, supplement processing, parts ordering, and customer communication Maintain compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and vendors Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to drive profitability and efficiency Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Hire, train, and evaluate team members Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a collision repair or auto body shop environment 2+ years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of collision repair practices, estimating software (CCC ONE preferred), and workflow management Excellent communication and organizational skills Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment I-CAR or OEM certifications are a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer A positive, family-oriented work culture Opportunity to grow with a reputable local business Competitive pay with performance incentives Health benefits, retirement plan, paid vacation, and holidays State-of-the-art facility with modern equipment
