Description As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Allard Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Body Technician. Key Responsibilities: Perform quality vehicle repairs as outlined on repair orders in line with manufacturer and industry standards Communicate effectively with team members regarding repair progress and requirements Complete welding, frame/unibody alignment, body panel repairs, and cosmetic work Operate frame machines and other shop equipment safely and efficiently Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Conduct Quality Control (QC) inspections upon completion of work Mix chemicals and materials per manufacturer specifications Adapt to a blueprint-style production model—may not disassemble vehicles personally Why Work With Us?
