Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

  • To ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Bodyshop by maximising the sale of labour and associated products, and effectively controlling stocks and assets, setting & controlling productive efficiency
  • To work effectively within the Bodyshop team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are achieved at all times.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working within a busy Bodyshop as an Estimator or Controller
  • The ability to maximising the sale of labour and associate products and controlling stocks and assets
  • The ability to manage a team through a positive attitude and providing development opportunities
  • Develop the job-related skills of the team through regular and measured training activities.
  • Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.
  • The enthusiasm for striving to achieve consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all employment, environmental, Health & Safety and other policies are strictly adhered to, operating within the law at all times.
  • A full driving licence with no more than six points is preferred
