We are a well established family run busy Bodyshop who specialise in Accident Repair work, are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department.
Autoflow experience desirable
No weekend work unless wish to work overtime

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Demonstrable computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems and applications.
• The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable within a busy environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability and desire to explain complex information accurately
• Strong organisational skills to schedule parts
• Ability to prioritise your workload.
• Ability and willingness to work with defined processes and guidelines.
• Good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards.

• Ordering Parts
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure that parts requirements are fulfilled and communicated accurately.
• Following the company’s digital journey from booking in parts to uploading their invoice
• Sourcing parts from all available sources
• Maintaining knowledge of products
• Identifying parts required for a vehicle.
• Ordering parts from internal and external sources.
• Checking in parts and updating the system
• Communicating with the workshop.
• Stock management.
