OUR CLIENT IS OFFERING THE FOLLOWING:

· Basic between £45,000 - £50,000
· Bonus scheme – Site performance related
· Monday to Friday
· Permanent role

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE EXPERIENCE OF: -

· Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies
· Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention
· Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards
· Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets
· Producing reports as required by the Group
