We serve over 30 dealerships, thousands of retail customers, body shop accounts, and maintain partnerships with Standard Parking Corporation and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. Our 35,000 sq. ft. facility supports a growing network of operations across the region. What is the role? The Bodyshop Technician is responsible for performing approved cosmetic and structural vehicle repairs, prepping and refinishing panels, and ensuring all work meets Crystal Clean’s quality and safety standards. This role supports the bodyshop team by delivering timely and consistent repairs with minimal rework. What will you be responsible for? Performing approved body repairs and refinishing services according to SOPs Prepping and refinishing panels using proper materials and application techniques Ensuring all repairs meet finish quality and durability standards Maintaining a clean, organized workspace, including tools and supplies Following PPE requirements and safety protocols throughout repair work Documenting repair progress, completion status, and materials used Flagging unclear or incomplete work orders before beginning repairs Reporting damaged tools, missing supplies, or equipment issues Self-inspecting completed work before marking the vehicle as complete What will you be accountable for? Quality and consistency of body repair and refinish work Safety, cleanliness, and readiness of the work environment Proper documentation and communication during the repair process Tool care and timely issue reporting Reducing rework through attention to detail and SOP compliance
