• Support daily kitchen operations and assist with inventory management.
• Supervise food and beverage dispatch to the service team.
• Coordinate and oversee the BOH and cleaning team to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist Sales and Entertainment teams with preparation for internal and off-site events.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Help implement food safety protocols and assist in staff onboarding.
