Responsibilities include:

• Performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding (GMAW, GTAW, MMAW)
• Welding and fabricating stainless steel, structural steel, and sheet metal components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
• Setting up and operating welding machines and equipment
• Performing high-quality welds on light to heavy gauge materials
• Custom steel fabrication tailored to project specifications
• Ensuring all welds meet industry codes and internal standards
• Conducting pre- and post-weld inspections to maintain quality assurance
• Maintaining welding equipment and performing routine upkeep
• Complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site

Skills and Experience Required

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
