The role:

• All forms of general Fabrication
• Welding frames, bullbars, bracketry
• MIG, & TIG Welding - 1.5mm to 12mm
• Mild, Stainless & Aluminium material
• Press Brake Operations & Bending
• Dry fitting and fine tuning
• Quality automotive finishes
• Design and fitting feedback with internal drafts people
• Share in volume target bonus
• New workshop offering a clean environment to take your creative skills to the next level
• Fitting of manufactured truck components
• Fitting of accessories
• Fitting of Hydraulic PTO’s, Pumps etc
• Electrical accessory fitting knowledge
• Basic pneumatic knowledge
• General housekeeping duties

The candidate:

• Trade Qualification in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Vehicle Body Building, Mechanical Fitting, or Boilermaking
• Background in Automotive - Advantageous
• Ability to execute 6am starts and 4pm finishes
• High level attention to detail
• Problem solving ability
• Forklift License - Advantageous
• Exposure to CAD - Advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
