Your core contributions would be: Fabricate, assemble, and repair valves and other pressure parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for accurate installation and repairs. Have knowledge of welding exotic steels Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices. Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices in boilermaking techniques and safety protocols. https://youtu.be/eIcws_Rgung?feature=shared Proven experience as a Boilermaker or in a similar role within the mechanical or industrial engineering field. Experience with pressure vessels and related components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Proficiency with hand and power tools used in fabrication and welding. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the industrial environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with other engineers and staff. Have experience with overlay welding on pressure parts. Have experience welding to WPS and welding to a high standard. Have experience with a range of exotic materials. Have knowledge or be willing to learn how to preform surface NDT methods. Experience in pre and post heat/cooling on fabricated parts. Perform routine maintenance and and housekeeping on machinery/equipment. Be expereinced in welding to AS4041 and ASME standards. Knowledge of GMAW (STT), FCAW, MCAW and GTAW.
