About the role Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for working on day-to-day tasks associated with production blasting, maintaining mine services, production bogging and trucking. Key Responsibilities include: Performing acting duties of other roles (service crew, loader operator, underground dump truck, grader, rock breaker, magazine keeper etc.) Ensuring statutory compliance associated with explosives storage and usage are adhered to Maintaining mine services (air, water, ventilation, spray lines, firing lines) Using controlled explosives or rockbreakers to remove oversize produced by the cave Operating and hot seating production equipment safe and efficiently, as required Promoting high safety performance through personal commitment to policies and procedures About You We are looking for people who have the following attributes, skills and experience: Hold a current Queensland security explosives clearance card (QSEC) Previous experience operating underground mining machinery (IT, Forklift, Basic Loader/Trucks) Relevant industry experience of working in underground/blasting operations A strong commitment to safety Ability to self-manage time and workloads At Evolution, as our name suggests, change and transformation is in our DNA.
